Great buy and great service Bought this product for general use around the house and to clean the car... works a treat! Not without the usual initial complications... The first one that I purchased came with a faulty gun which would not connect to the hose properly. I was advised by Amazon to ring Karcher first in case it was a problem they could solve, but turns out pressure washer was faulty. I got in touch with Amazon with the findings who were great dealing with this. No unnecessary annoying questions were asked except for "are you able to print out a return label and stick it on the faulty item, no need for the original box and packaging!!" The replacement came the next day by special delivery and they collected the faulty one. I even got a refund as the replacement product did not match the original specifications to the letter. I have since used the pressure washer to clean the car... works a treat. Customer service excellent. Even if you don't need this product, it is worth buying it just to experience the customer service which is second to none!!!

this is my second karcher , Ihave found to bejust the item for my task it is twice as fast as my previous and with it being on wheels so much easier to use.

Excellent product, very easy to set up and use. Works very well, despite not getting much pressure and flow through my outside taps due to an old shared main.

Vast difference in the last karcher pressure washer. Much improved items such as soap compartment attached to washer.String bag at the back for lances etc.More powerful motor.

This is my second karcher in 5 years. I'd have liked the original one to have lasted longer but the fact that I replaced it with the same brand indicates I am fairly happy with the performance and the durabillity. It did get a lot of use on 2 large patios, greenhouse, roof and car. It eventually developed a pin hole leak in the cylinder head manifold and I could have replaced the part but for the expence (£60 odd quid). This new one is powerful, rugged and well designed and a good price from Amazon Fingers crossed it lasts a little longer.
