Why have I had fiddly and ineffectual spray guns when there is so much comfort in a really serviceable item,

Excellent product. Good price. YOu won't be dissapointed. Far far better than the plastic models. Pay the extra few quid for this top of the range model, as it will no doubt last far longer than anything else.

I've tried numerous spray guns over the years, the last being a cheap and cheerful Wickes model. Which was so poorly made that it didn't quite fit the hozelock fitting, so kept falling off as soon as you looked the other way. I think it was a cheap chinese copy of a better model tbh. Anyway, I finally got fed up with it and did some research for a decent replacement. I had a metal gun before (old hozelock) and it was by far the best gun to date. So another metal model was a logical step forward. Took the plunge and boy am I pleased. This is by FAR the best gun I've ever had. For watering pots its a gem. I don't use many of the settings, but the gentle rain like one is a godsend for pots. Good spray reach with gentle flow. Droplets are small enough to not do damage either. Considering the mains water pressure is 3bar, this copes really superbly bringing it down to a useable spray. Only negative I can think of is that there isn't really a blast spray setting. However, if I need that - I use the Karcher. Otherwise, its the perfect gun.

I bought this for my 76 year old mother to use in her garden hoping that the weight of it wouldn't be a problem for her, and thankfully, it isn't. She thought it might be a bit heavy when she first picked it up, but in use, it doesn't bother her at all. It's also easy for her to manage the various controls in spite of having arthritis in both hands. As for using it, she loves the variety of sprays and finds the flow control especially useful; she can go from watering big plants in borders, to hanging baskets, to small delicate plants with perfect ease. She also reckons it is far less wasteful of water too as she can be much more accurate with the water application than with previous spray guns she's owned. Thoroughly recommended!

Very sturdy with a good selection of sprays, easy to attach and easy to use.
