It's obviously built down to a price. I'd say the next grade of metal sheet is Bacofoil. It needs an Edison screw bulb, better stock up on a few before the EU ban on 60W incandescents hits!

Excellent value for money, lights up those dark corners and handy for loft work. Comes complete with hook for hanging, leaving both hands free. Long cable, so no need to keep unplugging to use a different socket. Recommended.

It's an insction lamp for the workshop. What else can you say. It hangs up with a hook. It has a screw in type bulb, an off/on switch and a guard around the bulb. Thats it.

Was looking for a basic inspection lamp to use in the loft and in the shed. This fitted the bill. If I was to be critical, the fiddliest bit is the wire cage guarding the bulb. Otherwise, can't fault it.

The lamp appears to be good value for the price but has the disadvantage that there is no way to lock or otherwise secure the hinged door in front of the lamp.
